Welcome to HydroNook – your reliable source for premium aquarium fish, aquatic plants, and accessories. By accessing or placing an order with us, either online or at our physical location in Islamabad, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors and customers of HydroNook.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
2. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation.
Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
Accepted payment methods include:
Online Payment
Bank Transfer
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Full payment (excluding COD orders) must be received before shipping.
3. Live Fish & Plant Guarantee
HydroNook offers a 3-day live arrival guarantee for all livestock shipped via our approved shipping services.
To claim a Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) issue, you must:
Notify us within 6 hours of delivery.
Send clear photos or videos of the unopened bag and the deceased livestock to info@hydronook.com.
If the claim is valid, we may offer store credit or a replacement. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Post-Delivery Responsibility
Once livestock is received and accepted, HydroNook is not responsible for their health or survival.
We strongly recommend proper acclimation procedures and quarantining before introducing livestock into your main tank.
Losses due to tank conditions, improper care, or incompatibility are not covered.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship livestock Monday through Wednesday to minimize weekend transit delays.
Shipping is available worldwide, but live arrival guarantees apply only where shipping conditions are appropriate.
Delivery times may vary due to location, customs, or carrier issues. HydroNook is not liable for delays once a package has left our facility.
Customers are responsible for being available to receive deliveries.
6. Returns & Cancellations
Livestock and live plants are non-returnable and non-refundable, except under the DOA policy.
Dry goods (e.g., equipment, accessories) may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
For return requests, please contact info@hydronook.com before sending anything back.
Cancellations are accepted only if the order has not yet been packed or shipped.
7. Product Descriptions & Images
We strive to ensure accurate descriptions and images of all products. However, live items may vary slightly in size, color, and shape.
Product photos are for reference only.
8. Limitation of Liability
HydroNook is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or purchase of our products.
Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
9. Privacy & Data Use
Customer information is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data without your consent.
